We process orders on the day of your ordering (excluding weekends) and you will be notified by email when your items have been dispatched. Shipping times vary depending on country however usually 5-7 days for EU and 7-10 days for US and worldwide. The recipient covers any customs taxes their country may impose.

For your peace of mind, all our shipments are covered by insurance. Our delivery rates vary depending on the items being sent. However, if you are buying stickers and incur a delivery charge we recommend ordering several items to fill the envelope so as to spread the delivery cost.

We happily accept returns of items in an unused condition within 14 days of arrival. Please notify us if you wish to make a return at which time we will give you our return details. The returnee covers any carriage costs. Due to the nature of digital products returns or refunds are not possible on these products.
